Join my hands-on pop-up sewing workshop to Make a Quilted Bag with a Zipper and Pockets!
If you are looking to sharpen your sewing skills, try quilting, or dive into bag making for the first time, this fun and creative session is perfect for all skill levels.
You will learn how to create a stylish, fully lined quilted bag from scratch, complete with pockets and a zipper.
In this workshop, you will learn to:
- Piece together fabric squares.
- Create quilted panels for your bag.
- Add interior pockets or patch pockets or both!
- Insert a zipper with confidence.
- Box out corners.
- Add binding.
What You Need to Bring:

Your sewing machine and its power cord.
(Don't have a sewing machine? Not to worry! I have 2 machines available for use during the workshop - just let me know when you book to reserve one.) -
Your chosen fabric. Bring 30 cm of 3 - 6 different colours/prints that you would like to put together.
