Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF downloads), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please ensure you review all product details and preview images before making a purchase. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at bianca@beesilva.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Exceptions
If a duplicate purchase was made by mistake or a technical error occurred, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by proof.
