Refund policy

1. Physical Products (Sewing Journals & Books)

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical items.
• How it works: If you are not completely satisfied with your physical journal, please contact us at bianca@beesilva.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your package to request a refund.
• Conditions: To eligible for a refund, the journal must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

2. Digital Products (PDF Downloads) & Event Tickets

Due to the instant, digital nature of PDF downloads and event bookings, all sales for digital products and tickets are final. Once access is provided or the booking is confirmed, we do not offer standard refunds or exchanges.
• Please ensure you review all product details and preview images carefully before completing your purchase.
• If you experience any technical issues downloading, opening, or accessing your files, please email us immediately at bianca@beesilva.co.uk so we can resolve the issue for you.

3. Policy Exceptions

We understand that mistakes happen. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:
• You made an accidental duplicate purchase of the exact same digital item.
• A verified technical payment error occurred at checkout.
• All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include proof of transaction.
