Welcome to BeeSilva. By purchasing from our website or accessing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.
1. Product Delivery & Shipping
• Physical Products: Items requiring physical delivery (such as our printed journals) will be shipped via our designated carriers (such as Royal Mail). Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and tracking details will be calculated and provided at checkout.
• Digital Products: Digital downloads are delivered via a link sent to your provided email address immediately after purchase confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring your device is capable of opening and viewing PDF files.
• Event Tickets: Tickets for events are delivered digitally via email confirmation. This confirmation serves as your entry ticket.
2. Intellectual Property & Digital Usage
All digital products, physical products, and website content remain the intellectual property of Bee Silva. Upon purchasing a digital download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or alter any files or printed materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Digital Products & Event Tickets: Due to the instant nature of digital files and event bookings, all sales for PDFs and tickets are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless you were charged more than once for the same product, or a digital file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version.
• Physical Products: We want you to love your journal. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on physical books. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at bianca@beesilva.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your journal to request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exceptional circumstances may be considered for refunds at our sole discretion.
4. Liability & Responsibilities
We are not responsible for software or device incompatibility regarding digital files, nor are we liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs checks, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site or purchases made after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
